The Robert Herder K0 turning knife always comes in handy. You use it to shape your produce, whether you’re turning a courgette or removing the tip of a carrot. The curved blade shape also makes it great for peeling. As well as peeling, the knife is also handy for removing rotten spots, thanks to its sharp tip.
The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German Solinger Dünnschliff principle. This results in a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from plum wood. This wood is seamlessly attached to the blade with four rivets.
The ergonomics are also great. With its rounded shapes, the handle is slim and graceful, and fits perfectly in hand. The K collection was designed for cooking enthusiasts who want to use their kitchen knives intensively.
Most of Robert Herder’s knives are made by hand to order, which can mean a somewhat longer delivery time. This also means the delivery time can sometimes differ from what is indicated on our website. If a knife is listed as in stock, we do already have it in stock.
